I promise I didn’t forget about today’s post!
This week, I’ve had some more assignments due for grad school and we’re starting to learn about options for what fall will look like. This upcoming week, I don’t have as much to do with it being the week of July 4th. However, I do plan to start working on creating my writing plans for the upcoming year. I’m implementing Writing Workshop whether we are virtual or in person.
I’ve kept up with my Morning Meltdown workouts and as of today have officially finished day 26! I have never stuck with a program this long and I am definitely noticing physical results. I have not seen the scale change all that much, but I haven’t really changed how I eat. I also don’t do super intense cardio outside of the program. I walk almost every day; however, it’s not true low intensity as I walk up and down hills.
During my workouts, I’ve started listening to another one of Gretchen Geraghty’s Happy Hour Podcasts. This one is about moving and leaving Boston. I’ve also been listening to Top Country on the Amazon Music app. It’s part of my prime membership and I only listen when I have wifi because I don’t have unlimited data.
I did some shopping at Loft and Target. The Target shorts I were able to pick up don’t look all the great on me. However, I have some more coming today which will hopefully work out better. I’m excited to see what some of the tops look like that I ordered from Loft, though!
